• Subscriber Base: current and historical numbers
• Tower Count: actual and projected
• Technology: hardware/software deployed and utilized
• Financials:  historical Income Statement, Balance Sheet Statement of Cash Flows and estimated revenue projections
• Employee Count: current and historic numbers
• Service area: complete listing of towns and/or locations served and the addressable market
• Customer trends: monthly customer gross additions and churn
• Corporate Ownership Structure: including member / shareholder count
