Jonathan Snyder's professional background is focused in the telecommunications and finance industries. Jonathan is a former member of Clarity Partners and Pacific Capital Group, as well as a former analyst for Bear Stearns & Co. In addition, Jonathan is a founding shareholder of and former management executive at Global Crossing. Jonathan is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business and earned his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.

Bob Handell is a veteran of the telecommunication and data-delivery industries. Most recently, he served as CEO and President of BroadLink Communications, a high-speed wireless data network headquartered in Santa Rosa, California. Prior to that, Bob was President of Edison Source, an Edison International company; Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of BellSouth MobileComm; and Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service at Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems.

Annette Eggert joined KeyOn in 2007. She brings a wealth of financial and accounting experience having held a number of senior financial/accounting positions at a $500 million division of CommScope, a large telecommunications equipment manufacturer and distributor. Most recently, Annette was the Controller for the Shared Services Group of Interpublic Group, one of the largest (800 offices worldwide) advertising agencies in the world. Shared Services performs the back office accounting functions for the Interpublic Group agencies.

Jason Lazar is from the venture capital and legal arenas, where he helped build ITU Ventures, a leading early-stage venture capital firm with more than $75 million under management from limited partners such as Advanced Micro Devices, SoftBank, and First Data Corporation. Jason sourced and performed due diligence for investments in the communications and semiconductor industries.

Rory Erchul is an accomplished marketing and customer service professional with a progressive career in telecommunications, building innovative marketing, communications and business development programs in rural communities for video, data and phone services.  Rory served as Regional Manager in KeyOn's Idaho properties since early 2004 before accepting a position as Vice President of Marketing and Customer Service for Allegiance Communications in late 2006. Prior to originally joining KeyOn, Rory spent ten consecutive years in various marketing and sales roles with Cable ONE, the country's tenth-largest cable company.
